Inspired by cocktails, Hawaiian shirts and a mad passion for the ukulele, The Lazy Leis was formed on the Gold Coast, Australia by Captain Dizzy in 2012. The act quickly attracted attention with it’s entertaining live show renowned for it’s high energy and crowd interaction.

The Lazy Leis has developed into a versatile act able to engage audiences with intimate acoustic, harmony featured sets or turn the night into a party with high energy rocking electric ukulele sets which have to be seen to be believed.

The band’s unique instrumentation includes ukulele, bass ukulele, violin, mandolin, drums and percussion, keyboards and 4 part vocal harmonies. The band is a serious world class act with vast experience performing regularly on cruise ships and internationally at functions and resorts and festivals.

Two FREE shows:

Saturday – The Lazy Leis perform 2 themed shows starting with their Country Rock Show “Haystack Needle & The Retractors” followed by their Hard Rock show “Tiny Thunder”

Sunday – The Lazy Leis will perform their “Surfin Safari” Show playing a mix of Rock n Roll, Surf Pop and Reggae
