Terms & Conditions*
An order for liquor can only be placed by a person aged 18 years or over. You or a person you authorise who must also be aged 18 years or over must be present to accept delivery (delivery will not be made if there is nobody to accept the delivery). Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years. Photo ID of the person receiving goods must be shown on acceptance of delivery.
Prices are subject to change without notice (product choices on sale at the time of ordering will be charged at the discounted price). Errors and omissions excluded. Freight/delivery charges will be charged where applicable.
You accept the risk that occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery times may be longer than times nominated.
No refunds will be given after delivery, except where the item is faulty or does not correspond to the order.
Airlie Beach Hotel supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol and will not deliver if we consider any delivery circumstances unsuitable for any reason, including if any likely recipient appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or may be aged under 18 years of age.
